![]() What is one piece of advice that you could give women who are struggling with self-love? Women in general tend to be extremely judgmental of themselves. The last one can be hard to do as a woman. You also express the importance of nourishing your soul through scripture and learning to love others and yourself unconditionally. Rese: One of the things that I love about Nourish Move Love is that it is not just about nutrition and fitness. Nutrition and fitness look different for everyone, but real, wholesome foods should be the vast majority of your diet and our bodies were made to move daily so find something you enjoy (yoga, running, lifting weights, outdoor walking) and move your body because it feels good! Lindsey: Simply put - eat real, wholesome food and move your body daily. If you could give one piece of advice to someone who is struggling to eat healthy and work out, what would it be? Rese: You must see the effects that good nutrition and fitness plays in the health and welfare of individuals on a daily basis. As my own boss I have the flexibility to stay home when my son is sick, be at his daycare events and just be the mom that I was to be while also pursuing my own passions. ![]() What keeps pushing me forward is the ability to create a lifestyle I want for my family. At first I thought I could manage it all on my own, but I quickly learned that I needed help so now my son is with his grandparents two days a week and at daycare two days a week giving me some dedicated work time which is great, and much healthier for both of us. I have so much more to think about in a day, and a lot less time to things in a day. I didn’t realize how much mental space becoming a mom would take up. Lindsey: It’s been very challenging! The biggest challenge is managing my time and mental capacity. ![]()
